And 2 days later. . .

This is yesterday.

Two days after the 75 degree weather. . .

Yes, those are irises peaking up. .
(Yes, I messed the date up on the camera when I changed the batteries. but geezzz, what do you expect, it's ME after all!!!)

These are my daffodils. . .

This now makes TWICE in less than TWO WEEKS that Central Texas has gotten SNOW!! And a good showing of snow too!

Rarely do we even GET snow, much less snow that is there for two days!!

And in between we are flooding.

More rain this weekend. Does anyone have a boat I can use for an indefinite period of time?

Kackle in spite of it all!! Makes it easier to deal with!!

Cheers my friends!!

Spring flowers making themselves known, showing off, fulfilling spring's promise. Smile, it's getting to be that time!

It's all because Opruh fell outta bed and caused that earthquake in Chicago. I'm tellin' ya. The end is nigh...

Damn! I didn't think it EVER snowed in Texas. Kind of cool, (except for the cold and wet part, that is).

Mother nature is just so unpredictable. Snow in Texas. What is wrong with her? We're getting yet another major snowstorm tonight here in PA. I am so ready for summer.

Around here we almost always get snow on our daffodils. I remember once doing a walk-a-thon on May 6th in 5 inches of snow. Now, that was something to kackle about!

Sounds us in Colorado-we seem to get that in the same day! It keeps you on your toes. Great pictures though!

Stopping by from Quirkyloon's…

I guess I'm used to snow being that I live in Chicago. I always tell people that "It's never really spring until after the April snow". Consider yourself lucky.

Thanks for sharing,

Hey KaLynn, loving the daffodils! Bet I won't see mine for months yet! Yes, I heard the other day that all states with the exception of Hawaii have snow! Amazing!
