Waterless. .

WELL, once again, a line has busted in the little town I live in. Another night without water. ONLY this time, there was no water to take a shower with this morning either!! This happens about once a month anymore. I used to freak. Now I pull the bottled water out.

But can someone run a hose to my house? We can run it through the window, with a sprayer attached, duct tape the handle down where it will spray, then I can take a shower.

I appreciate it! Until then. . . if you smell something rather ripe, it'll be me!

Kackle today!! It does a body good!!

This happens once a month?! That sorta sucks.

OMG, isn't no water just the worst? At least when the power is out we can still flush the toilets Lol!

Sorry you're having so much trouble there and yes, if my garden hose wasn't frozen over, I'd hook ya right up!

I thought you were going to say your pipes froze. No shower is the pits but it sounds like you are taking it in stride. Hope you have plenty of the wet stuff soon.

Sorry to hear about that. That does put an interesting twist on the beginning of the day.

Our water lines break a lot in our town too so I feel your pain. Hang in there!

I thought I sniffed somethin' on the wind blowin' down from your neck of the weeds.

Damn, that water's cold when it comes straight out of the garden hose! Better a bird bath with bottled water!

Not down with the no water thing. With my menopausal sweats smell...it would not be pretty.

No water?! KaLynn KaLynn KaLynn this is just unacceptable -- and excellent blog fodder.

I don't smell ya from here, but then again, I've been frozen since November.

I turn into something evil when I don't have water. Rhymes with witch :)

You're being very good humoured about it - I'd be really pissed off!

Well, it was a transmission line about 4 miles out in the country that had a leak! found it 11 hours later! Took another 4 to get the pressure up for the water to get back to the homes! By that time I was at work. Kids were in school when the water came on! I 'magine that it was not a pretty sight in homes with kids! Mine was not so bad compared to that!

If only they could used the water from the puddles around town to flush toliets. . . we would be in business!!
